Qualifications & experience

• Committed to delivering outstanding customer service
• 1 year experience working in real estate
• Valid Queensland Real Estate Sales Person Certificate
• Self-motivated, passionate, resilient, tenacious and ambitious
• High level of motivation and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using real estate software.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect for new clients: Generate leads through networking, cold calling, open houses, and other marketing activities.
• Build and maintain client relationships: Provide exceptional customer service to foster long-term relationships with clients.
• List properties: Prepare and market property listings for sale or rent, including property staging, professional photography, and online advertising.
• Show properties: Accompany potential buyers on property viewings, highlighting features and addressing questions.
• Negotiate offers: Represent clients' interests in negotiations with buyers or sellers to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Close deals: Handle the paperwork and legal aspects of real estate transactions, ensuring smooth closings.
• Stay updated on market trends: Keep informed about local real estate market conditions, pricing trends, and industry regulations.
• Comply with legal and ethical standards: Adhere to real estate licensing laws, fair housing regulations, and company policies.
