Ripley is a rapidly growing suburb in the City of Ipswich, Queensland. Known for its master-planned urban development, Ripley is part of the Brisbane Metropolitan Western Growth Corridor project. The area is expected to become one of Australia’s largest planned communities, with a projected population of 120,000 people and 50,000 residential dwellings once fully developed.  Ripley is located approximately 42.1 kilometres southwest of Brisbane CBD in Queensland, Australia. Nestled between undulating hills and pristine bushland. The population has seen growth, particularly among the 20-29 age group. The Centenary Highway passes through the southeast corner of Ripley, providing transportation access.

Ripley is situated approximately 7.4 km south of the Ipswich CBD and about 42.1 km southwest of the Brisbane CBD. The Orion Springfield Town Center is 15 minutes away. The suburb is located within Ripley Valley, with the eastern boundary aligned with Bundamba Creek.
